The entrance fee grants ALL DAY access to the event, the beach area and live entertainment.

Admission is just £2 per person from 12pm to 6pm, and entry is FREE after 6pm.

No, we do allow walk ins, however, we recommend booking to ensure your place on your preferred day. Exclusive offers are available only when you pre-book online.

Yes, the event site is large and flat and suitable for pushchairs and step-free access is available for all areas of the event.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult into the event.

Some rides have age and size restrictions which will be clearly signed on the actual ride itself.

The Aquasplash also has age limits on one of the activities , and any child under 14 may only use the pool with a parent / guardian.

Summer Beach Club has something for each generation, whether it be, building sandcastles on the beach, sipping a margarita, riding the Shark Bite Roller Coaster or taking a splash in the AquaSplash.

Please see the link for the directions to the centre, and follow signs for the Oasis and Orange car park areas. (You can’t miss it !!!)

Please note there are 9000 car parking spaces available (be mindful of heavy traffic at peak times).

For Parent and Child parking, please note that these are only available for families with Under 5’s and require a permit. You can receive your permit at any of our Customer Service desks.

Yes, subject to availability. We are not filling all sessions with prebooking’s, so there will spaces on the day, however, we anticipate that these will fill up quickly, and will be on a first come first served basis. Cash and card payments will also be acceptable.

PLEASE NOTE

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your session.
• Sessions are every hour for 50 minutes and you will receive a wristband for your session
• Some of the slides are not for use by larger children or adults.
• There are limited changing facilities available.
• If we have to cancel your session in extreme weather or maintenance issues, we will endeavour to rebook you, or provide a full refund.
• We advise patrons to wear swimwear and bring their own towels.  We will have a small stock available on site to hire to purchase.
• Small children MUST where a swimming nappy. Failure to do so, may result in refused entry to your session.
• We advise that tops are worn when going on the Aquasplash.
• The pool area has a limited capacity and therefore any spectators will have to purchase a £2 non paddler wristband.

RULES

• Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult in the Aquasplash at all times.
• No food or drink to be consumed in the pool area
• No photography equipment to be used.
• No diving or jumping into the pools
• Anybody under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted in the Aquasplash area.
• No running in the Aquasplash area.
• Prohibited items in the pools and / or pools area – Phones, sharp items, food and drink.
• The large frame pool is for over 8s only.

In the event of extreme weather, particularly high winds, we may need to close certain parts of the event, including slides, and this may happen quickly without prior notice.

We can either reschedule your booking or refund your session.

Step-free access
Is available for all areas of the event. Some rides are subject to their own specific risk assessments so please speak to security, stewards or the operations team members onsite to understand accessibility. Our team are always on-hand to help and we are undertaking internal audits to make sure we are providing the best service to our guests. You do not have to pay admission fee into the event for under 2s (Babes in arms), but for capacity reasons you would have to pay admission into the AquaSplash.
