What does the entrance fee get me?

The entrance fee grants ALL DAY access to the event, the beach area, Summer Fun Squad games and live entertainment.

Do I have to pre book?

No, we do allow walk ins, however, we recommend booking to ensure your place on your preferred day.

Can I move my booking?

Yes, you can do this by the automated tool on the Seetickets site (subject to availability).

What if the event is cancelled on my day of booking?

We will reschedule your booking on your next preferred day, subject to availability.

Can I bring a pushchair?

Yes, the event site is large and flat and suitable for pushchairs and step-free access is available for all areas of the event.

Are there age restrictions?

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult into the event.

Some rides have age and size restrictions which will be clearly signed on the actual ride itself.

The Aquasplash also has age limits on one of the activities , and any child under 14 may only use the pool with a parent / guardian.

Who is it suitable for?

Summer Beach Club has something for each generation, whether it be, building sandcastles on the beach, sipping a margarita, riding the Shark Bite Roller Coaster or taking a splash in the AquaSplash.

How do I get there?

Please see the link for the directions to the centre, and follow signs for the Oasis and Orange car park areas. (You can’t miss it !!!)

Please note there are 9000 car parking spaces available (be mindful of heavy traffic at peak times).


Can I add more people onto my booking on the day?

Yes, subject to availability. We are not filling all sessions with prebooking’s, so there will spaces on the day, however, we anticipate that these will fill up quickly, and will be on a first come first served basis. Cash and card payments will also be acceptable.

AquaSplash Information


  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your session.
  • Sessions are every hour for 50 minutes and you will receive a wristband for your session
  • Some of the slides are not for use by larger children or adults.
  • There are limited changing facilities available.
  • If we have to cancel your session in extreme weather or maintenance issues, we will endeavour to rebook you, or provide a full refund.
  • We advise patrons to wear swimwear and bring their own towels.  We will have a small stock available on site to hire to purchase.
  • Small children MUST where a swimming nappy. Failure to do so, may result in refused entry to your session.
  • We advise that tops are worn when going on the Aquasplash.
  • The pool area has a limited capacity and therefore any spectators will have to purchase a £2 non paddler wristband.


  • Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult in the Aquasplash at all times.
  • No food or drink to be consumed in the pool area
  • No photography equipment to be used.
  • No diving or jumping into the pools
  • Anybody under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted in the Aquasplash area.
  • No running in the Aquasplash area.
  • Prohibited items in the pools and / or pools area – Phones, sharp items, food and drink.
  • The large frame pool is for over 8s only.


Step-free access
Is available for all areas of the event. Some rides are subject to their own specific risk assessments so please speak to security, stewards or the operations team members onsite to understand accessibility. Our team are always on-hand to help and we are undertaking internal audits to make sure we are providing the best service to our guests. Do I pay for babies?

You do not have to pay admission fee into the event for under 2s (Babes in arms), but for capacity reasons you would have to pay admission into the AquaSplash.

Terms & Conditions

  • All visitors agree to follow the rules of the event and also additional rules that are on display at the event, all such rules being implemented to ensure visitor safety and the wellbeing of our staff.
  • No unsociable behaviour, including swearing, shouting or any behaviour that could be detrimental to a family environment.
  • Whilst we attempt to ensure the safety of all our visitors, it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children on site.
  • No Alcohol to be brought on site.
  • No smoking or vaping throughout the site
  • Alcohol purchased on site may only be consumed in the designated area.
  • No glass objects to be brought on site.
  • No dogs except assistance dogs.
  • No large groups of youths (4+), cycling, roller blading, heelies, micro scooters, segways, hover boards, motor cycle helmets and skating within the event space.
  • In the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to move your booking to your next preferred date if possible, or a full refund would be issued.
