What does the entrance fee get me?
The entrance fee grants ALL DAY access to the event, the beach area and live entertainment.
Monday to Friday: £2 per person (12pm – 6pm) | FREE after 6pm
Saturday & Sunday: £2.50 per person (12pm – 6pm) | FREE after 6pm
Do I have to pre book?
No, we do allow walk ins, however, we recommend booking to ensure your place on your preferred day. Exclusive offers are available only when you pre-book online.
Can I move my booking?
Yes, you can do this by the automated tool on the Seetickets site (subject to availability).
What if the event is cancelled on my day of booking?
Are there age restrictions?
Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult into the event.
Some rides have age and size restrictions which will be clearly signed on the actual ride itself.
The Aquasplash also has age limits on one of the activities , and any child under 14 may only use the pool with a parent / guardian.
Can I bring a pushchair?
Yes, the event site is large and flat and suitable for pushchairs and step-free access is available for all areas of the event.
Who is it suitable for?
Summer Beach Club has something for each generation, whether it be building sandcastles on the beach, sipping a margarita, riding the Shark Bite Roller Coaster or taking a splash in the AquaSplash.
How do I get there?
Please see the link for the directions to the centre, and follow signs for the Oasis and Orange car park areas. (You can’t miss it !!!)
Please note there are 9000 car parking spaces available (be mindful of heavy traffic at peak times).

For Parent and Child parking, please note that these are only available for families with Under 5’s and require a permit. You can receive your permit at any of our Customer Service desks.
Can I add more people onto my booking on the day?
Yes, subject to availability. We are not filling all sessions with prebooking’s, so there will spaces on the day, however, we anticipate that these will fill up quickly, and will be on a first come first served basis. Cash and card payments will also be acceptable.

Step-free access
Is available for all areas of the event. Some rides are subject to their own specific risk assessments so please speak to security, stewards or the operations team members onsite to understand accessibility. Our team are always on-hand to help and we are undertaking internal audits to make sure we are providing the best service to our guests. In the event of extreme weather, particularly high winds, we may need to close certain parts of the event, including slides, and this may happen quickly without prior notice.
We can either reschedule your booking or refund your session.

Do I pay for babies?
You do not have to pay admission fee into the event for under 2s (Babes in arms), but for capacity reasons you would have to pay admission into the AquaSplash.
Terms & Conditions
- All visitors agree to follow the rules of the event and also additional rules that are on display at the event, all such rules being implemented to ensure visitor safety and the wellbeing of our staff.
- No unsociable behaviour, including swearing, shouting or any behaviour that could be detrimental to a family environment.
- Whilst we attempt to ensure the safety of all our visitors, it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise and accompany children on site.
- No Alcohol to be brought on site.
- No smoking or vaping throughout the site
- Alcohol purchased on site may only be consumed in the designated area.
- No glass objects to be brought on site.
- No dogs except assistance dogs.
- No large groups of youths (4+), cycling, roller blading, heelies, micro scooters, segways, hover boards, motor cycle helmets and skating within the event space.
- In the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to move your booking to your next preferred date if possible, or a full refund would be issued.
