Face Competition Terms and Conditions

 1.⁠ ⁠Competition Details

The competition is organised by UK Event Holdings and is open from 9th July until 18th July 2024.
Prizes include: £100 One 4 All gift voucher, £60 Summer Beach Club package (includes free entry for up to 4 people, 30 ride tokens, and £20 Beach Retreat voucher).

 2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of UK Event Holdings, their families, or anyone else connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Entrants must have a valid Facebook account and like the Summer Beach Club Facebook page.

 3.⁠ ⁠Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:
Like the Summer Beach Club Facebook page.
Tag as many friends as possible in the competition post.
Share the competition post on their Facebook timeline.
Multiple entries are allowed.

 4.⁠ ⁠Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
The winner will be notified via Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Crow Events reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

 5.⁠ ⁠Prize Details

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
UK Event Holdings reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

 6.⁠ ⁠General Conditions

UK Event Holdings reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
UK Event Holdings’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 7.⁠ ⁠Liability

UK Event Holdings is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
UK Event Holdings accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

 8.⁠ ⁠Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 9.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
